JUDGE RAQUEL DE LOS SANTOS presides over the Freer Municipal Court. She has achieved Masters of Arts degrees in Criminal Justice Administration and Occupational Education and has dedicated her career to justice and judicial administration.
GRECIA GRACIA is the Juvenile Case Manager and Deputy Court Clerk.
